Elements Integrative Wellness Center offers a comprehensive range of fitness classes designed to cater to all fitness levels and preferences. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. Rise and Grind

Teacher: Katie and Amanda 

This whole-body workout is a perfect way to start your day off right! This class utilizes different equipment within varying intervals to challenge your body without exhausting it. Cardio, strength, mobility, and balance are all exercised within this fun, upbeat class. 

Interval Training Experience

Teacher: Jakob 

This interval-based workout uses everything from bodyweight and hand weights to kettlebells and TRX bands to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, energy, and overall body tone. This class incorporates traditional weight training exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts, and curls while working all major muscle groups.

Interval Training Experience

Teacher: Jakob

This is a full-body workout perfect for after school or work! This class builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. You will be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling strong. 

Morning Flow Yoga / Chair Yoga

Teacher: Missy Xochitl

Join me for an hour of a vinyasa style morning yoga class. Vinyasa translates to “flowing with breath”. In this class we join physical postures, or asanas, with inhales & exhales, creating a steading internal rhythm for our practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.  

Pound Unplugged

Teacher: Michele Long 

POUND Unplugged is a 30-minute class that balances focused, high intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.

Zumba Gold

Teacher: Michele Long

ZUMBA GOLD® is a fitness program specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA Program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications. This program is an invigorating Latin-inspired, dance-fitness program which includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Flamenco and Tango.

TRX Yoga

Teacher: Missy Xochitl

TRX Yoga is the ultimate fusion of fitness and Power Yoga, made stronger with the use of our TRX Suspension Trainer. Putting our straps into practice builds a strong foundation of alignment feedback during poses, while also building strength, mobility, core stability, and overall confidence through the repetition of movement with breath. This consistent stimulus is meant to positively spill over into any fitness program, powering anyone to push past plateaus and achieve new fitness goals. 

Body Sculpt

Teacher: Missy Xochitl

This class is high intensity circuit trainning with weights and cardio, utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer, free weights, and bodyweight.
