Yes! You can do multiple therapies during a single visit. We do advise you to not overdo your therapies to make sure you aren’t over-stressing your system. Remember our modalities are helping your body heal which can take a lot of energy from your system. If you do too much you may over-tax your system which can be counterproductive. The general rule of thumb is the more healing your body needs to do, the fewer the therapies you would want to do in one day. If you are using the therapies on an already healthy body your body can tolerate more. The less healthy your body the fewer your body can handle. Some therapies like constitutional hydrotherapy are best done daily over a few days. It is typical for a foot detox bath, foot zone and PEMF loop to be done during the same visit. These modalities are fine to do all in the same day. The Infrared Sauna helps your body detox as does the detox foot bath so these modalities may also be done on the same day. Always listen to your body and only do what you can handle in one visit.
